Hi potential flatmate,
We have a room available at the beginning of October in a 3-person apartment. We are looking for a tidy female student, preferably 22 or older, who is already familiar with the city and easygoing.
The room is cozy with bright yellow walls. However, please be aware that the carpet floor is difficult to clean, so there may be dust and hair that is hard to see, as we are unable to clean it thoroughly. Also, our apartment is located next to the train tracks, so you may occasionally hear some screeching noise if you pay attention. We have become accustomed to it and try not to open the windows.
The apartment features a shared kitchen and a small bathroom. Due to a leakage issue, there is a tendency for mold growth, so we will need to take turns cleaning the bathroom frequently to keep it clean and mold-free. We hope to find someone who will clean up after themselves constantly and help maintain a clean and insect-free environment for everyone. Since we are mostly home and one of us works from home, it's essential to keep noise levels down as sounds carry easily.Given our busy schedules, we aim to keep the apartment as a place for relaxation, so we have a strict no-guest policy for security reasons and to ensure everyone feels at ease.
